Safe sanitation facilities are planned for three schools as part of an overall “WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene) Cycle Phase 7” project in Haiti. Soon, students will learn and thrive in a much healthier environment and enrollment is expected to rise. The project also includes the rehabilitation of three wells in neighboring communities.  With this Phase 7 project, the health and wellbeing of 3,350 people in the Artibonite valley will be drastically improved.

  • By donating, you will make possible:
    • Construction of two four-stance latrines, handwashing facilities and WASH training at Ecole Antenor Firmin, Ecole Adventists and Lycee Henry Christophe
    • Community and school mobilization
  • Rehabilitation of three deep wells in the villages of:
    • Hatte Belanger
    • Moreau Liancourt
    • Tirocher
  • Ongoing monitoring and evaluation
